yes there IS such a thing as Brandenburg lotto in Germany,...BUT---if you received an E-mail notification that you won, it is a SCAM. NEVER NEVER NEVER send them any money for "fees" or anything else. You are NOT a winner of any lottery for which YOU PERSONALLY DID NOT BUY A TICKET.
