What should we do with the grandma's presents?

Our grandmother is no more. She'd been drinking too much egg nog, and wanted to go home though we'd begged her not to go. But she'd left her medication, and somehow, on the sly, she stumbled out the door into the snow. She was found Christmas morning, at the scene of the attack, there were hoofprints on her forehead. She was run over by a sleigh. We are all dressed in black now. Grandpa took it rather well, watching football, drinking beer and playing cards with cousin Mel. Now we just can't help but wonder: should we open up her gifts or send them back? What is the appropriate thing to do? What should we do?
