Does the Xbox 360 work good with KC Online internet service? ?

My dad said that the guy who installed it said it wont work good. We have a wireless router that's good for gaming. Will the x box work good with it? I'm thinking about switching since most my family has x box and since the psn is down. And is hackable again.
