Lil Wayne lyrics... Setha?

In a song by lil Wayne called "Playing with fire" he says "Mama named setha". I know that he calls his mom "Cita" because her name is Jocita, but i was wondering if any one knew why he called her "Setha"? Or perhaps it was just a typo or someone thought he was saying "Setha" when in fact he was saying "Cita"?
