I got an e-mail saying that I had won money from microsoft in London in a worldwide drawing. Is this legit?

It said there were 75 winners worldwide and it was for a rather large sum of money, and gave me a name, phone # and e-mail I should contact. I'm wary of scams and identity theft, but of course would like to see if this is legitimate or not.
