How to get the boy to like you?

Ok well i'm in 10th grade. Ive like this guy since i was in 7th grade. He doesnt know that lol. Every once and a while it gets out that i like him and he totally ignores me and makes it awkward. hes a very very shy person. but whhen i lke him but i dont tell anyone and just talk to him he starts to like me then he finds out i like him and doesnt like me anymore. so its kind of like whenever he knows i like him he doesnt like him. now im popular, pretty and i have everything lol not to be full of it or anything but its true. hes the ONLY boy that ive ever liked that i haevnt gotten! its killing me. also... i have this.. problem. im 5'7.5. so my problem is that i CANT like anyone shorter than me. hes the only hott guy taller than me and i want him so much. i talked to him a few nights ago but idk i dont want him to think i like him but i wanna talk to him and stuff ugh! this is killing me. hes also rude and doesnt know how to treat a lady (farting, burping in my presence etc.) but for some reason idc about that. i just... want him. i need him. give me advice i need to get him. thanks guys this is killing me thx a bunch
