Is Rush Limbaugh mentally ill?

Rush Limbaugh argues with, gets mad at and yells at recordings of people on his show. Sometimes he does mock interviews where he argues a point and then grand stands because he won. He won a debate with a recording. LOL. Any hoo IU ask this. Is he nuts or just pionate? I personally think that he in need of help. What do you think? There are a few others that do this too but he is the most well known of them I believe.
