A question about my next piece on the piano?

I've had my teacher for roughly a year now, she's great. I love practicing and it's my number one hobbie. I've just finished learning Rachmaninov's Prelude in C Sharp minor. In the meantime while I patch that to a good standard i'm in search of a new piece to learn, I adore Chopin's works and I always wanted to play the Fantaisie Impromptu, I was just wondering, is this too big a step to take? I do practice a minimum of an hour per day and more on the weekends!
