SEVERE chest pains. what do i do?

I live on campus at college and I have no health insurance. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow around 11. However, ever since 2 this afternoon, every time I move, cough, or sneeze my left side of my chest hurts. It fells like someone is tearing at my heart and when I don't move and I'm still, I feel small stabbing pains in my chest. I took a small nap today, but it still continues to hurt even when I am laying down. On top of this all, I have some cold like symptoms like running nose, sore throat, headaches, coughing, and some stomach pains. But my chest is really scaring me and making me worry and it hurts really badly! What is going on with me? What should I do? Please help!
