Buying cars in North East US?

hey josh,i live up north be very careful on looking at the frame,body mounts, drums on rear,exhaust manifold check real close. if the header bolts are so rusted you can not get a tool on them they will break off in the head big trouble have to pull heads off to repair. also check all break lines and fuel lines for rust real big problem . also bumper brackets,fuel tank and radiator supports
