Dating friends exhusband?

Myhusband and I were married for 14 yrs. Our close friends of five years were married the same amount of time. Sixmonths ago,she told her husband she was in love with someone else and divorcing him. Thiswasn't the first time she cheated. Two weeks later, my husband announces he doesn't love me the same way anymore and wants a divorce. No counseling, no priests involved, no alternative. Here is the isue. Since that time, my friends husband (soon to be ex) and I (soon t me an ex) have bonded. we talk about he struggles of being left and rejected and shocked. One thing led to another recently and we started kissing and have amazing chemistry; nothing I'd ever thought of before or considered. He feels the same way. But we are often plagued with quilt and feel badly about what we are doing. On one hand, we're both left, but these people were our spouses and our friends and we feel like we are betraying them. ANy advice? He and I are so much more compatible than our previous spouses but does that make it O.K. I am overwhelmed my remorse, but I feel so good when I'm with him, that my head takes a back seat. WHat Should I do?? please resond with whatever opinions or adviceyou may have Thanks
