How can I break the ice?

Theres a girl in my homeroom that I just met since the first day. I think shes really awesome but I don't want to blow it. I'm the new kid at the school so i can get away with being kinda dumb but i im running out of stuff to talk about. yes i have her number but we only texted once. we've pretty much talked about everything about us, so how do i keep the conversation going, that is.... BREAK THE ICE???
