My 2,3,5 year old twins keep getting teased at their schools, help.?

This school obviously has no policies about boundaries - It's inappropriate to ever expose a child's ocks or and for a teacher to pull your child's pants down, change and clean a child or take a child's pants off in a clroom is outrageous. Find a new school immediately!!
