Pain in wrist while working out?

I've had this pain in my right wrist that I think has developed from my workouts, which I don't understand why. All my techniques are, for the most part, flawless and yet this pain keeps reappearing. It feels like it may be in the bones in my wrist and not a ligament problem, but I still am not sure how it developed or what to do to strengthen or heal it. For example today I was doing the power snatch and when I caught the bar at the top of the lift the pain in my right wrist was almost unbearable. What can I do for this or should I go see a DR? Oh, and i've been having this pain for a few weeks.
