My dermatologist wants me to take Acutane...?

I am aware of the side affects but i know so many ppl who have used it and they all have gorgeous skin now. My friend said the only thing that happened to her were really chapped lips. Besides if you're experiencing negative side effects just go off it at least u'll know u tried.
